The place is a wonderfull, modern and friendly small sized complex with very kind and helpfull staff. The room is good with complimentary drinks in the fridge. The restaurant Narnia is an absolute must ! We had dinner there twice because of the quality of food and wine. Bayhill and pool is the place to be if you don't want to go to the mega huge 4-5 star hotels in the Jungmun area, like Parnas and Marriot. We visited those to compare, but we were very with our choice of Bayhill.

I stayed here in 2016 and really liked the spacious rooms (stayed in the villa) and cleanliness of the property. Coming here again in 2024, I was not disappointed as the management had kept the property clean and well maintained. The staff are very hospital, extremely helpful with our Hallasan queries and everyone spoke really good English such that we had no communications issues. Crystal, in particular really helped us with our Hallasan queries.

Awesome and extremely kind staff. They were very caring about us having a comfortable stay. The location is great too. It was also very quiet and the rooms were big and comfortable. The room service food is also very decent. The Narnia restaurant is on the upper end scale and offer very nice romantic dinners during the sunset. Spa facilities is also very high quality and operates until quiet late.

I liked the temperature of the swimming pool , at first when I have checked the temperature in Jeju, I have thought whether the pool needs to be heated, but when I've tried using the pool at night time 23:00 , the temperature of the pool was actually warm enough and close to temperature outside.

We enjoyed heating the private swimming pool for our kids, who could play all afternoon in water. There is a lot of space to accommodate everybody in the family, to play or to relax. The restaurant is expensive for Korea but has great options and delicious meat.
