Bayhill Pool & Villa

The hotel was a uniquely designed state of the art building with generous apartments and villas. We stayed in a modern apartment with two bedrooms and a huge terrace with jacuzzi that we loved. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was great we could wash our clothes in the laundry room for free. You can also lend board games from the reception. The public spaces were beautiful and the restaurant quite nice.

I stayed here in 2016 and really liked the spacious rooms (stayed in the villa) and cleanliness of the property. Coming here again in 2024, I was not disappointed as the management had kept the property clean and well maintained. The staff are very hospital, extremely helpful with our Hallasan queries and everyone spoke really good English such that we had no communications issues. Crystal, in particular really helped us with our Hallasan queries.

I liked the temperature of the swimming pool , at first when I have checked the temperature in Jeju, I have thought whether the pool needs to be heated, but when I've tried using the pool at night time 23:00 , the temperature of the pool was actually warm enough and close to temperature outside.

The place is a wonderfull, modern and friendly small sized complex with very kind and helpfull staff. The room is good with complimentary drinks in the fridge. The restaurant Narnia is an absolute must ! We had dinner there twice because of the quality of food and wine. Bayhill and pool is the place to be if you don't want to go to the mega huge 4-5 star hotels in the Jungmun area, like Parnas and Marriot. We visited those to compare, but we were very with our choice of Bayhill.

Great facilities and location, suitable for families. Private pool and SPA is the highlight there.
